A Neight at the Opera

A Troika! zine for ZIMO 2022 about a bunch of horses (and almost-horses) having a night at the opera. Inside, you will find:

•  36 new backgrounds, including charming individuals such as the Prima Donna Palomino, the Threepenny Byelorussian, Christine Clydesdaaé, and Horsgang Horsadeus Horszart.
•  Illustrations for every single one of those backgrounds. And some of them (like Albert Schleswig and W. S. Groningen) have more than one illustration attached to them!
•  A collection of dastardly enemies, such as the Lecherous Count, the Opera House Manager, and the dreaded Ballet Girls.
•  A handful of story hooks, generators, and tools to spur on your opera's drama, both on-stage and off.

You can use these backgrounds and all the other stuff if you want to give your ordinary Troika! game a very equine bent, or you can use them with the main Troika! rules as their own setting and world. (Or, perhaps, if the humpbacked sky has anything to say about it, your intrepid adventurers might suddenly find themselves amidst the opera...?)

Everything here is compatible with and written for Troika!
